Abel Tasman Coastal Track

The Abel Tasman Coastal Track is another of New Zealand's "Great Walks". It extends 51km from Marahau, an hour's drive north of Nelson, to its finish in Golden Bay, the South Island's northern-most beach.

Pure white sandy coves, luxuriant native forest, and picturesque tidal estuaries are combined with the opportunity to see penguins, dolphins, seals and native birdlife - this stunning hike enchants all who venture into it.

The possibility to kick off your shoes and kayak parts of the track make this walk a particularly special experience.

Trips range from day walks to a 5 day, fully catered and lodged track experience.
